How Customers Set Up An Online Account

To set up an account online, the customer would visit

  1.   Enter their email address  (which must match their storage contract)

  2.   Create a password (Password must be at least 8 characters, contain a number, a lowercase, and an uppercase character)

  3.   Click Continue

  4.   Enter their name and telephone number (This must match what is on their storage contract)

  5.   Click Continue

  6.   Check customer's email for the verification code from (Check spam folder if it is not found in the inbox)

  7.   Enter the verification code and click Verify Code   

  8. If the customer does not see their unit on your dashboard, select Find my Storage Unit

  9. Enter the primary phone number and unit number.  Then click Associate Room.
